Recombinant Hsp70 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp70 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110679) against HSP70. This intronless gene encodes a 70kDa heat shock protein which is a member of the heat shock protein 70 family. In conjuction with other heat shock proteins, this protein stabilizes existing proteins against aggregation and mediates the folding of newly translated proteins in the cytosol and in organelles. It is also involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway through interaction with the AU-rich element RNA-binding protein 1. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A172 and IHC analysis of Human prostate tissue, Mouse brain tissue, Mouse brain. The target is localized to the nucleus.
