Recombinant Hsp90 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp90 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110735) against Hsp90. This gene encodes a member of the heat shock protein 90 family; these proteins are involved in signal transduction, protein folding and degradation and morphological evolution. This gene encodes the constitutive form of the cytosolic 90 kDa heat-shock protein and is thought to play a role in gastric apoptosis and inflammation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of PC12 and IHC analysis of Human testis tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nuclear.
