Human DCR3/TNFRSF6B Recombinant Protein

TNFRSF6B belongs to the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily. TNFRSF6B might be involved in FasL- and LIGHT-induced cell death by regulating the activity of proteins that promote apoptosis. TNFRSF6B is a decoy receptor that competes for ligand binding with death receptors. TNFRSF6B has been found to be overexpressed in gastrointestinal tumours. crescentic glomerulonephritis and dyskeratosis congenital are all diseases linked to TNFRSF6B. TNFR1 pathway and cytokine signalling in the immune system are TNFRSF6B related pathways.
