Recombinant ICAM1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ICAM1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310723) against ICAM1. This gene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein which is typically expressed on endothelial cells and cells of the immune system. It binds to integrins of type CD11a / CD18, or CD11b / CD18 and is also exploited by Rhinovirus as a receptor. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raji and IHC analysis of Human kidney tissue. The target is localized to the membranous.
