The Recombinant IFITM1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310119) against IFITM1. IFN-induced antiviral protein which inhibits the entry of viruses to the host cell cytoplasm, permitting endocytosis, but preventing subsequent viral fusion and release of viral contents into the cytosol. Active against multiple viruses, including influenza A virus, SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Marburg virus (MARV), Ebola virus (EBOV), Dengue virus (DNV), West Nile virus (WNV), human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) and hepatitis C virus (HCV). Can inhibit: influenza virus hemagglutinin protein-mediated viral entry, MARV and EBOV GP1, 2-mediated viral entry and SARS-CoV S protein-mediated viral entry. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, TF-1, HepG2, IHC analysis of Human tonsil and IF analysis of K562, A431.
