Recombinant IGF1R/CD221 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant IGF1R/CD221 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170040) against IGF1R. This receptor binds insulin-like growth factor with a high affinity. It has tyrosine kinase activity. The insulin-like growth factor I receptor plays a critical role in transformation events. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A431, A549, MCF7, HepG2, PC12, C6 and IF analysis of MCF-7. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
