The Recombinant ING1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131440) against ING1. ING1 is a member of inhibitor of growth (ING) family, which function in inhibiting cell growth and inducing apoptosis. ING1 is the first identified ING, interacting with TP53 and is a component of the p53 signaling pathway. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms of ING1 have been reported. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of RAW264.7, HeLa, A549, HL-60, U251, U-87 MG. The target is localized to the nucleus.
