Recombinant JNK2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant JNK2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110235) against JNK2. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to various cell stimuli. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Neuro-2a, Mouse brain, PC-12, Rat brain, Rat heart. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus, Colocalizes with POU5F1 in the nucleus.
