Recombinant JunB Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant JunB Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171193) against JunB. Transcription factor involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. Binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGATCA-3'. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, C6, 3T3, HeLa and IF analysis of MCF-7. The target is localized to the nucleus.
