Recombinant Kappa light chain Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Kappa light chain Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311469) against Kappa light chain. Antibody production is a response to foreign molecules invading the body. Antibodies exist as one or more Y-shaped monomers consisting of four polypeptide chains. Each Y-shaped monomer contains two identical heavy chains and two identical light chains, which differ in sequence and length. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Human plasma and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the membrane, secreted.
