Recombinant Ki67 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Ki67 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110698) against Ki67. This gene encodes a nuclear protein that is associated with and may be necessary for cellular proliferation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. A related pseudogene exists on chromosome X. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IHC analysis of Human appendix tissue, Mouse tissue, Rat spleen. The target is localized to the nucleus.
