Recombinant KIF5B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant KIF5B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111510) against KIF5B. KIF5B is a member of kinesin superfamily protein 5 (KIF5). KIF5 consists of three family members referred to as KIF5A, KIF5B, and KIF5C. KIF5A and KIF5C are specifically expressed in neurons whereas KIF5B is expressed ubiquitously. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF-7, U251, K562, Mouse brain, Rat brain, PC-12, IHC analysis of Human breast and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoskeleton, lysosome.
