Recombinant Lactate Dehydrogenase Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Lactate Dehydrogenase Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110692) against Lactate Dehydrogenase. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. The protein is found predominantly in muscle tissue and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. Mutations in this gene have been linked to exertional myoglobinuria. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IHC analysis of Human liver tissue, Rat liver tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasmic, membranous.
