The Recombinant LDHC Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131357) against LDHC. Lactate dehydrogenase C catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. LDHC is testis-specific and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. Two transcript variants have been detected which differ in the 5' untranslated region. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HEK-293, Mouse brain, Rat liver, Mouse testis. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
