Recombinant LFA-3/CD58 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LFA-3/CD58 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C330165) against CD58. This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The encoded protein is a ligand of the T lymphocyte CD2 protein, and functions in adhesion and activation of T lymphocytes. The protein is localized to the plasma membrane. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raji, Jurkat, K562, MCF-7.
