Recombinant LMO4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LMO4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C231447) against LMO4. LMO4 is a LIM zinc-binding domain-containing protein. LMO4 cDNA was first isolated from a breast tumor cDNA library. This transcriptional modulator is overexpressed in several epithelial cancers such as prostate, pancreas, and breast. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. The target is localized to the nucleus.
