Recombinant LRP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LRP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C123365) against LRP1. This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed by furin to generate 515 kDa and 85 kDa subunits that form the mature receptor (PMID: 8546712). This receptor is involved in several cellular processes, including intracellular signaling, lipid homeostasis, and clearance of apoptotic cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat Rat Brain, C6 and IHC analysis of Human Cholangiocarcinoma.
