Recombinant MEK4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant MEK4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170449) against MEK4. This gene encodes a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family. Members of this family act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development. They form a three-tiered signaling module composed of MAPKKKs, MAPKKs, and MAPKs. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A431. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
