Recombinant Mesothelin Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Mesothelin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331223) against Mesothelin. Membrane-anchored forms may play a role in cellular adhesion. Megakaryocyte-potentiating factor (MPF) potentiates megakaryocyte colony formation in vitro. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the membrane.
