Their main function is to serve as ligands for the NKG2D receptor, which is expressed on natural killer (NK) cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), and some other immune cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
