Recombinant MSH6 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant MSH6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111228) against MSH6. Component of the post-replicative DNA mismatch repair system (MMR). Heterodimerizes with MSH2 to form MutS alpha, which binds to DNA mismatches thereby initiating DNA repair. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, N2a, IHC analysis of Human colon cancer, Human colon, Mouse liver, Rat testis and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
