Recombinant Nanog Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Nanog Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310689) against Nanog. The protein encoded by this gene is a DNA binding homeobox transcription factor involved in embryonic stem (ES) cell proliferation, renewal, and pluripotency. The encoded protein can block ES cell differentiation and can also autorepress its own expression in differentiating cells. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of NCCIT. The target is localized to the nucleus.
