Recombinant NEK7 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NEK7 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C433372) against NEK7. NIMA-related kinases share high amino acid sequence identity with the gene product of the Aspergillus nidulans 'never in mitosis A' gene, which controls initiation of mitosis. Protein kinase which plays an important role in mitotic cell cycle progression. Required for microtubule nucleation activity of the centrosome, robust mitotic spindle formation and cytokinesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat Rat Brain, C6.
