Recombinant NSE Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NSE Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111234) against NSE. Has neurotrophic and neuroprotective properties on a broad spectrum of central nervous system (CNS) neurons. Binds, in a calcium-dependent manner, to cultured neocortical neurons and promotes cell survival. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y, HeLa and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm.
