Recombinant NUP107 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NUP107 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131633) against NUP107. NUP107 plays a role in the nuclear pore complex (NPC) assembly and/or maintenance. NUP107 is required for the assembly of peripheral proteins into the NPC. NUP107 may anchor NUP62 to the NPC. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, HL-60, U251. The target is localized to the nucleus membrane.
