The Recombinant P4HB Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110211) against P4HB. This gene encodes the beta subunit of prolyl 4-hydroxylase, a highly abundant multifunctional enzyme that belongs to the protein disulfide isomerase family. When present as a tetramer consisting of two alpha and two beta subunits, this enzyme is involved in hydroxylation of prolyl residues in preprocollagen. This enzyme is also a disulfide isomerase containing two thioredoxin domains that catalyze the formation, breakage and rearrangement of disulfide bonds. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, 293T, HepG2, MCF7, NIH/3T3, 4T1Mouse thymus, PC-12, Rat thymus, Rat testis and IF analysis of HeLa.
