Recombinant PBX1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PBX1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121678) against PBX1. PBX1, also named as Pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factor 1, which belongs to the TALE/PBX homeobox family.PBX1 acts as atranscriptional activator of PF4 in complex with MEIS1. Isoform PBX1b as part of a PDX1:PBX1b:MEIS2b complex in pancreatic acinar cellsis involved in the transcriptional activation of the ELA1 enhancer. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IP and ChIP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A431, C2C12, IHC analysis of Mouse cerebrum, Rat cerebrum, ChIP analysis of C2C12 and IP analysis of C2C12 cells extracts. The target is localized to the nucleus.
