The Recombinant Pin1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171427) against Pin1. Pin1 is a member of the parvulin family of peptidyl-prolyl isomerases (PPIase). It has been implicated in the G2/M transition of the mammalian cell cycle. Pin1 is a small (18 kDa) protein with two distinct functional domains: an amino-terminal WW domain and a carboxy-terminal PPlase domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse skin (Low expression), Mouse brain, Mouse spleen, NIH/3T3, PC-12, MCF-7, HeLa, IF analysis of HeLa, NIH-3T3 and FCM analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus, cytoplasm.
