Recombinant PKN1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PKN1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111255) against PKN1. PKC-related serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in various processes such as regulation of the intermediate filaments of the actin cytoskeleton, cell migration, tumor cell invasion and transcription regulation. Part of a signaling cascade that begins with the activation of the adrenergic receptor ADRA1B and leads to the activation of MAPK14. Regulates the cytoskeletal network by phosphorylating proteins such as VIM and neurofilament proteins NEFH, NEFL and NEFM, leading to inhibit their polymerization. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, CHO-K1, C6, Jurkat, 3T3, IHC analysis of Human colon and IF analysis of 3T3, HeLa. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm, endosome, nucleus.
