Recombinant Polycomb Protein SUZ12 Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant Polycomb Protein SUZ12 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110673) against Polycomb Protein SUZ12. This zinc finger gene has been identified at the breakpoints of a recurrent chromosomal translocation reported in endometrial stromal sarcoma. Recombination of these breakpoints results in the fusion of this gene and JAZF1. The protein encoded by this gene contains a zinc finger domain in the C terminus of the coding region. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549 and IHC analysis of Human kidney tissue, Rat kidney tissue. The target is localized to the nucleus.
