Recombinant S100A4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant S100A4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C313392) against S100A4. S100A4 is a member of the S100 family of calcium-binding proteins. The S100 family members have been involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. S100A4 is known to localize to and function in the nucleus, cytoplasm of cells and the extracellular space. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IF analysis of Human lung cancer, hela. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
