Recombinant S100A9 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant S100A9 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311364) against S100A9. S100A9 is a calcium- and zinc-binding protein which plays a prominent role in the regulation of inflammatory processes and immune response. The extracellular functions involve proinflammatory, antimicrobial, oxidant-scavenging and apoptosis-inducing activities. Its proinflammatory activity includes recruitment of leukocytes, promotion of cytokine and chemokine production, and regulation of leukocyte adhesion and migration. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1, IHC analysis of Human spleen, Human tonsil and IF analysis of PBMC. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm, secreted.
