Recombinant SATB2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SATB2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110228) against SATB2. This gene encodes a DNA binding protein that specifically binds nuclear matrix attachment regions. The encoded protein is involved in transcription regulation and chromatin remodeling. Defects in this gene are associated with isolated cleft palate and mental retardation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1. The target is localized to the nucleus matrix.
