Recombinant Tensin 4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Tensin 4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C133397) against Tensin 4. May be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton. May promote apoptosis, via its cleavage by caspase-3. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562.
