The Recombinant TMEM192 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171508) against TMEM192. Transmembrane protein 192 (TMEM192) has been previously identified in proteomic analyses of lysosomal membranes. TMEM192 shows a wide expression pattern in mouse tissues. Interestingly, TMEM192 was found to be highly expressed in tumor cell lines, while it was not expressed or was detected at low levels in normal cell lines. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, HeLa, SCC-9, SW620, Rat pancreas and IF analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the lysosome, late endosome.
