Recombinant TPX2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TPX2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111302) against TPX2. Spindle assembly factor required for normal assembly of mitotic spindles. Required for normal assembly of microtubules during apoptosis. Required for chromatin and/or kinetochore dependent microtubule nucleation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Mouse small intestine, Rat colon, Human breast cancer, IF analysis of Hela, RAW 264.7, FCM analysis of Hela and WB analysis of HeLa, Raji, PC-12, Raji cell lysate. The target is localized to the nucleus.
