Recombinant TRAF2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TRAF2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110795) against TRAF2. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF receptor associated factor (TRAF) protein family. TRAF proteins associate with, and mediate the signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. This protein directly interacts with TNF receptors, and forms a heterodimeric complex with TRAF1. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of C2C12. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
