The Recombinant TREX1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331548) against TREX1. TREX1 is a broadly expressed 3’ to 5’ exonuclease that acts on single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) to negatively regulate the interferon-stimulatory DNA (ISD) response. In humans, there are three TREX1 isoforms generated through alternative splicing with predicted molecular weights of 32, 33, and 39 kDa. The transcript for the 33 kDa isoform is the most abundant. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 293T (Low expression), HeLa, Jurkat, Raji. The target is localized to the nucleus, cytoplasm, endoplasmic reticulum.
