Recombinant VEGFA Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant VEGFA Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110468) against VEGFA. This gene is a member of the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family. It encodes a heparin-binding protein, which exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer. This growth factor induces proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells, and is essential for both physiological and pathological angiogenesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse, Rat, Pig and Rabbit samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y and IHC analysis of Rat heart. The target is localized to the secreted.
