Recombinant Yes1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Yes1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310258) against Yes1. This gene is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. The encoded protein has tyrosine kinase activity and belongs to the src family of proteins. This gene lies in close proximity to thymidylate synthase gene on chromosome 18, and a corresponding pseudogene has been found on chromosome 22. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of LNCaP, 293T, A549. The target is localized to the Cell membrane. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, microtubule organizing center, centrosome. cytoplasm, cytosol. Newly synthesized protein initially accumulates in the Golgi region and traffics to the plasma membrane through the exocytic pathway.
