The Recombinant ZNF160 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C130823) against ZNF160. The protein encoded by this gene is a Kruppel-related zinc finger protein which is characterized by the presence of an N-terminal repressor domain, the Kruppel-associated box (KRAB). The KRAB domain is a potent repressor of transcription; thus this protein may function in transcription regulation. Multiple transcript variants have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SW480. The target is localized to the Nucleus {ECO:0000305}.
