STRO-001 Antibody (ADC, Payload-Free)

STRO-001 Antibody (ADC, Payload-Free) is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody targeting CD74. It is a human IgG1-nd antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Supplied as the antibody component without the cytotoxic payload. Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.

HLA class II histocompatibility antigen gamma chain (CD74) is a ~33 kDa protein. Plays a critical role in MHC class II antigen processing by stabilizing peptide-free class II alpha/beta heterodimers in a complex soon after their synthesis and directing transport of the complex from the endoplasmic reticulum to the endosomal/lysosomal system where the antigen processing and binding of antigenic peptides to MHC class II takes place. Serves as cell surface receptor for the cytokine MIF.
