Description
SUMO tag Control Recombinant Protein (N-terminal)
SUMO tag Control Recombinant Protein (N-terminal) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Gly98, with an N-terminal terminal tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO-tag) is a ~11 kDa protein. Ubiquitin-like protein that can be covalently attached to proteins as a monomer or a lysine-linked polymer. For research use only.
Sumoylation, the attachment of SUMO to target proteins, regulates multiple cellular events. _x000D_ _x000D_
