Talacotuzumab Antibody is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody targeting CD123. It is a humanized IgG1-kappa antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.
Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (CD123/IL-3Rα) is a ~43 kDa protein. Cell surface receptor for IL3 expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells, monocytes and B-lymphocytes that controls the production and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells into lineage-restricted cells. Ligand stimulation rapidly induces hetrodimerization with IL3RB, phosphorylation and enzyme activity of effector proteins such as JAK2 and PI3K that play a role in signaling cell proliferation and differentiation. Activation of JAK2 leads to STAT5-mediated transcriptional program.
