Alteplase (Research-Grade) is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Applications: ELISA, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.
Tissue-type plasminogen activator (PLAT/tPA) is a ~62 kDa protein. Converts the abundant, but inactive, zymogen plasminogen to plasmin by hydrolyzing a single Arg-Val bond in plasminogen. By controlling plasmin-mediated proteolysis, it plays an important role in tissue remodeling and degradation, in cell migration and many other physiopathological events. During oocyte activation, plays a role in cortical granule reaction in the zona reaction, which contributes to the block to polyspermy. _x000D_
