| Product Name: | Chloroplast Isolation Kit |
| Product Code: | ARMA00350 |
| Product Size: | 30 x 1 g Plant Tissue Extractions |
| Detection Principle: | Density-Cushion Differential Centrifugation |
| Storage: | 4°C (unopened kit) |
The Chloroplast Isolation Kit provides all buffers and reagents required for rapid isolation of intact, functional chloroplasts from plant tissue. Chloroplasts are isolated using density-cushion differential centrifugation, utilizing an Optiprep density medium to separate intact chloroplasts from broken chloroplasts and other cellular debris.
