The Cyclin G1 Antibody (CAB5292) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.Cyclin G1 is a key regulator of cell cycle checkpoints and has been implicated in various cellular processes such as DNA damage response and apoptosis. Its dysregulation has been linked to cancer development and progression, making it a potential target for cancer therapy.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the cyclin family and contains the cyclin box. The encoded protein lacks the protein destabilizing (PEST) sequence that is present in other family members. Transcriptional activation of this gene can be induced by tumor protein p53. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.
