The FXR1 Antibody (CAB5942) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By specifically binding to the FXR1 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of FXR1 in various cell types, making it an essential component for studies in molecular biology, RNA regulation, and neurodevelopmental disorders.FXR1 is known to play a crucial role in RNA metabolism, translational control, and synaptic plasticity, making it a key player in neurological function and development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is an RNA binding protein that interacts with the functionally-similar proteins FMR1 and FXR2. These proteins shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and associate with polyribosomes, predominantly with the 60S ribosomal subunit. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
