Human ANXA13 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-His316, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 37.56 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Annexin A13 (ANXA13) is a ~35 kDa protein. Binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylserine or phosphatidylglycerol in a calcium-dependent manner. For research use only.
Half-maximal membrane binding requires about 60 uM calcium. Does not bind to membranes that lack phospholipids with an acidic headgroup.
