Description
Human B4GALT2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human B4GALT2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser114-Gly372, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 2 is a ~41 kDa protein. Responsible for the synthesis of complex-type N-linked oligosaccharides in many glycoproteins as well as the carbohydrate moieties of glycolipids. For research use only.
Can produce lactose.
